About Union Visual
Union Visual photographers Erik Haslett and Rafael Jimenez draw from their roots in portrait and music photography, where they’ve created striking visuals for artists through their NYC-based content agency, Superfresh. Union Visual was born from a desire to bring that same bold, high-style aesthetic to the world of wedding photography, breaking free from the formulaic and expected.
At Union Visual, we approach each wedding with the same creative intent: to capture genuine personality, mood, and style. Every couple has their own visual rhythm, and our goal is to translate that into imagery that feels original, cinematic, and unmistakably them.

1. Father of twin boys, many feel they look like triplets.
2. Went on 8 week around-the-world trip with just his camera (and some clothing).
3. Plays bass+ drums + is currently learning guitar.
4. Home is Brooklyn NYC, but born + raised in Delaware.
5. Graduated from Syracuse University.
6. Favorite cuisine is Cuban, followed by Indian. Spanish tapas anytime anywhere.
7. Constantly longing for a grill and more outdoor space.
8. Ran + completed the Philadelphia marathon.
9. Strives to be a connoisseur of hot sauces + coffee.
10. Has a dog + cat, favorite animal is elephant (unfortunately, cannot have an elephant in Brooklyn).
Rafael Jimenez in 10
1. Born and raised in the city that never sleeps - NYC.
2. Favorite color is navy blue. Why? Timeless and classic.
3. NYU grad with a B.S. in Communications.
4. Once launched a clothing line that hit Bloomingdale’s racks.
5. Aquarian vibes: Obsessed with visual arts, architecture + NYC subway system (in no particular order).
6. Japanese food is his love language - Sugarfish is the GOAT.
7. Interned at MTV Video Music Awards. It was as cool as it sounds.
8. Serious about his coffee, his footwear and his eyewear.
9. Yankees + Knicks fan - An emotional rollercoaster.
10. Happy talking tech or outside perfecting his lawn stripes.
